    These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vector Fast AI (the “Service”), operated by Holengen, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

    2. What the Service does

    • Vectorization: The Service converts raster images (PNG/JPG) into SVG in your browser.
    • Starter features: A one-time “Starter” purchase unlocks server-side background removal before vectorizing.

    3. Starter license and access

    Starter is a one-time purchase intended for individual use. Access to Starter features is controlled by a “license key” (currently, the receipt email) saved to your device and verified by our systems.

    To protect the Service and prevent abuse, Starter features (including background removal) may be subject to reasonable technical limits, such as file size/resolution limits and rate limiting.

    4. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
    • Upload or process content you do not have rights to use.
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
    • Use the Service to generate or distribute malware or harmful code.
    • Use automated means to access the Service in a way that harms others or us.

    5. Payments (Stripe)

    Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Your purchase may be subject to Stripe’s terms and policies.

    6. Refunds

    7-day money-back guarantee: if you’re not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your Starter purchase and we’ll refund your payment. We may decline refund requests in cases of fraud or abuse. This guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

    7. Support

    We may provide support via email or other channels at our discretion. Starter purchases may receive priority handling, but we do not guarantee response times or availability.

    8. Intellectual property

    We retain all rights in the Service, including software, designs, and branding. You retain rights to your content. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks.

    9. Third-party services

    The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, cloud infrastructure and payment processing). We are not responsible for third-party services that are not under our control.

    10. Disclaimers

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    11. Limitation of liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Holengen, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR STARTER IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

    12. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

    13. Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice as required by law.
