Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vector Fast AI (the “Service”), operated by Holengen, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What the Service does

• Vectorization: The Service converts raster images (PNG/JPG) into SVG in your browser.
• Starter features: A one-time “Starter” purchase unlocks background removal, batch vectorizing, cleanup presets, saved presets, and related workflow features.
• AI generation: The Service may let you create raster images from prompts using third-party AI providers, then vectorize those images into SVG.
• Pro and credits: VectorFast Pro subscriptions and credit packs may provide a shared credit balance for AI generation, cloud cleanup, batch processing, premium exports, and other metered features.

3. Starter license and access

Starter is a one-time purchase intended for individual use. Access to Starter features is controlled by a signed license token saved to your device and verified by our systems. Your receipt email can be used to restore access.

To protect the Service and prevent abuse, Starter features (including background removal) may be subject to reasonable technical limits, such as file size/resolution limits and rate limiting.

4. Accounts, Pro subscriptions, and credits

Some features require a VectorFast account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Pro subscriptions renew until canceled. Pro subscriptions may include recurring credits for each billing period. Credit packs add credits without changing your subscription status. Credits are not cash, are not a stored-value account, and may only be used for eligible VectorFast features. We may adjust credit costs, included credits, feature eligibility, or technical limits prospectively as the Service evolves.

If a metered job fails because of our systems or an upstream provider error after credits are spent, we may automatically refund the spent credits. Credits spent on completed jobs are generally not refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

5. AI-generated content and user responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, images, files, and other content you submit to the Service, and for reviewing any generated or vectorized output before using it. Automated generation and vectorization may produce inaccurate, low-quality, unexpected, or legally sensitive results.

We do not guarantee that generated images, logos, SVGs, or other outputs are unique, trademark-safe, copyright-free, suitable for commercial use, or acceptable for any marketplace, print, cutting-machine, client, or production workflow. You are responsible for obtaining any rights, licenses, permissions, and legal review needed for your intended use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
• Upload or process content you do not have rights to use.
• Use AI generation or vectorization to infringe intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute malware or harmful code.
• Use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that harms others or us.

7. Payments (Stripe)

Payments, subscriptions, invoices, and checkout sessions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Your purchase may be subject to Stripe’s terms and policies.

8. Refunds

7-day money-back guarantee: if you’re not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your Starter purchase and we’ll refund your payment. We may decline refund requests in cases of fraud or abuse. This guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Pro subscriptions and credit packs are handled according to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Unless required by law, subscription charges and credit pack purchases are not guaranteed to be refundable after credits are granted or used.

9. Support

We may provide support via email or other channels at our discretion. Starter purchases and Pro accounts may receive priority handling, but we do not guarantee response times or availability.

10. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, designs, and branding. You retain rights to your content. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks.

11. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, cloud infrastructure and payment processing), including AI model providers used for image generation. We are not responsible for third-party services that are not under our control.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Holengen, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice as required by law.
